So I’ve been using this work wrong? I thought you could use it to mean (more or less) repurpose. What word was I actually looking for?

I did hear back from my department, so the thesis now appears to all be locked in.

Yay, I got the grade I need to do my thesis. BUT, I’m not excited yet, because this whole process has been a nightmare, so I’m just going to wait for the administrative lady to get back to me (I just emailed her) confirming my thesis before I celebrate.

I went straight from finals into doing stuff for my thesis project (which is still unconfirmed as my grade is still MIA). And I just want to have a break from homework and just have a week of just having a full time job. Whine, whine, whine, bitch, bitch, moan. It’s just hard to do work on a project that might not even be approved.

So, the new house that we both absolutely loved? Well, it wasn’t listed on MLS until this Tuesday, but according to our realtor, it went under contract on Monday. I don’t even know how that is possible, or why they would list it if they already had it under contract. I can’t do much beyond…
I know nothing about the housing market in Arlington, but I am very familiar with the rental market, and if that is any indicator of the housing market, my apologies. Rent has gone up a lot in my area over the last five years, and our corridor has the lowest vacancy rate in the county (4%). Whenever I am looking at new places, I have to bring the application all filled out and my checkbook so I can hand over both as soon as I’m done with the tour. Good luck!
